Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken in the Mei Mei Sweet Soy Sauce and spicy soy sauce for 30 minutes. If not using the spicy soy sauce, add 1 tsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of minced ginger to the marinade. 
  2. Preheat an oven to 180 °C or grill on high setting.
  3. Place the chicken skin-side up on a tray and cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes until golden, caramelised and cooked through.
  4. Brush with a little extra Mei Mei Sweet Soy Sauce during the final minutes for a glossy finish.
  5. If you want a spicier hit, brush over Mei Mei Extra Hot Chilli Sauce for more kick. Garnish with the spring onion, toasted sesame seeds and lime. Serve immediately.
