cooking steps
Method:
1. Chop meat; marinade with spicy soy sauce and cornflour while you prep the rest
2. Mix sauce ingredients together
3. On a high heat; try the meat off in batches but only flash try to colour edges. Add onion and keep continuously stirring.
4. Add the sauce into the pan/wok and stir well, before adding spinach/ udon and then ready to serve.
5. Top with chilli oil or crunch for chilli spice if you need extra

BASE - Spicy Soy Stir Fry Sauce
TOPPER - Black Bean Crunch
Ingredients:
Beef - i used 2 thick ribeye cut in chunks or strips
1 onion - peeled and sliced
@meimeigoods Spicy soy sauce 2 tbsp to marinade beef
1 tbsp cornflour to marinade
Sauce:
2 tbsp @meimeigoods spicy soy sauce
1.5 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tbsp cornflour slurry (cornflour+cold water)
1 tbsp chicken stock powder or bone broth powder
1 tosp water - 2 if you want it looser
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Finish: spinach/fresh udon
