Food Products (Sauces, Condiments, and Other Consumables)

We take pride in creating products we hope you’ll love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact hello@meimeigoods.com within 15 days of your order.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products.

Merchandise (Books, Accessories, Kitchenware, etc.)

If you change your mind about a merchandise purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, in line with UK consumer law.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with any tags intact.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

6. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers may be purchased via our website and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.meimeigoods.com.
• Vouchers cannot be used at Mei Mei London restaurant. For restaurant gift cards, please email info@meimei.uk.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

By providing your email address and/or phone number at checkout or when subscribing, you consent to receive promotional communications from us, including newsletters and SMS/text messages. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to text messages.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Mei Mei Goods mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Little Sister Goods Ltd.

By using the Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages (including promotions, cart reminders, and offers) from and on behalf of Mei Mei Goods through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provide, even if it is registered on a Do Not Call list.

You understand that signing up for SMS communications is voluntary and not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, text STOP to MeiMeiGoods or click the unsubscribe link in any text message. You will receive one final confirmation message.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent information with unaffiliated third parties.
