At Mei Mei Goods, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here’s how our shipping works:

Free Delivery

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders over £45. 

Delivery Charges

Orders under £45: flat fee of £3.99 for standard shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48

For orders weighing over 3kg: shipping fee of £9.95 for FedEx Next Day applies (Express).

Orders for Northern Ireland has a shipping fee of £25 via FedEx.

Delivery Areas

UK Mainland: standard delivery is via Royal Mail.

Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man: shipped via FedEx only. Additional surcharges apply and will be shown at checkout.

International delivery: currently unavailable.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 48 hours from dispatch.

Express delivery via FedEx are next working day delivery.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

Packaging

All orders are carefully sealed and boxed to protect your jars and the goodness inside.

Please recycle all the filling/boxes appropriately.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Issues

If you are not home, couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery. We are not responsible for couriers misplacing your parcel, and if you think they may have delivered incorrectly, please contact the courier first to resolve.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@meimeigoods.com with your order number.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier disruptions, strikes, or severe weather).
