Chilli oil just got an upgrade. Ours is crackling with golden garlic and shallots, bubbling in avocado oil with a fragrant blend of roasted spices and chillies. Instead of E numbers, we build natural umami with mushroom powder and layers of toasted spice for a natural, bold flavour. Every spoonful is crunchy, fiery, and savoury all at once – the kind of addictive heat that makes your taste buds dance.

It’s the secret behind our chef’s legendary roast duck, but just as good drizzled over eggs, noodles, pizza… even vanilla ice cream (trust us). In our three-step cooking range, Crispy Chilli Oil is the recommended final flourish – the topper that brings everything together and electrifies any dish.

Ingredients: Avocado Oil (44%), Shallots, Ginger, Ground Dried Chilli (6%) [Arbol,Kashmiri], Garlic, GroundSzechuan Peppercorns, Mushroom Powder, Sugar, Salt, Ground Cumin, Star Anise, Ground Black Pepper, Cardamom.

The chilli oil was not spicy enough but most of the chillies in there had a burnt taste, so not good. Expensive for what it is. Don’t mind paying for good quality but this really was not. Sorry.
