Method:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Cook noodles according to packet instructions, then drain.
  2. In a bowl add the peanut butter, Mei Mei Spicy Soy Sauce, hot water (start with ⅓), rice vinegar, sesame oil, Mei Mei House Chilli, and Mei Mei Hot Honey. Whisk until smooth, adding more hot water until it’s silky and pourable.
  3. Mix half the sauce through the noodles, then taste and add more sauce as you like (we love it extra saucy! If you have leftover sauce you can save this in the fridge for 3 days).
  4. Finish with a choice of toppings and serve with your choice of protein or veg.

  • Noodles of choice
  • 175g creamy peanut butter (low/no salt preferred)
  • 4 tbsp Mei Mei Spicy Soy Sauce
  • 100ml hot water (helps loosen the peanut butter)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Mei Mei House Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mei Mei Hot Honey

Optional toppings: Mei Mei Black Bean Crunch, sliced cucumber, crushed peanuts, sliced spring onions, red pepper flakes, steamed veg, tofu, chicken, or prawns.
