Recipe:
1. Boil pasta till just right. Strain but keep some of the pasta water aside.
2. Whisk the egg yolks and parmesan together in a small bowl.
3. Melt 25g butter in a pan on a medium heat.
4. Toss your pasta in, add a splash of @meimeigoods Spicy Soy Sauce, the remaining butter and toss well.
5. Add a touch of pasta water, parsley and the cheesy egg yolk sauce and toss well. Adjust seasoning or add more spicy soy if you want.
6. Eat straight from the pan if you must.

BASE - Spicy Soy Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

- Pasta - any you choose, make it good 75g butter
- Parmesan, grated fine - as much as you want
- 2 tbsp @meimeigoods spicy soy sauce (or sweet soy sauce if you want sweet and buttery flavour)
- Parsley, finely chopped (optional, unless you love beige dinners like me)
- 3 egg yolks salt, pepper, to taste
