Merhod:
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.
- Mix Mei Mei Spicy Soy Sauce, Mei Mei Hot Honey, oil, salt and garlic. Toss with chicken and arrange skin-side up on a tray.
- Scatter pepper and onion around the chicken. Roast 25 mins.
- Add the tenderstem. Spoon pan juices over. You can also top with more honey here if you'd like a sweeter sauce. Roast 10 mins more.
- Serve straight from the tray with rice or potatoes.
