Refund policy

Food Products (sauces, condiments and other consumables)

We take pride in creating products we hope you’ll love. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@meimeigoods.com within 15 days of your order and we’ll do our best to help.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products.

Merchandise (non-food products such as books, accessories or kitchenware)

If you change your mind about a merchandise purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, in line with UK consumer law. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with any tags intact.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item
